Release notes describe the enhancements and bug fixes contained in new releases and maintenance releases.

Support for Microsoft 365

Analyzer and Contributor support Microsoft 365 using monthly or Semi Annual Channels.

 Note: Microsoft Office 2019 and Office 2016 perpetual licensed editions are not supported.

What's new

Cloud Data Integration

The Source Extract process has been renamed Data Integration process.
- The separation between Source and Destination is now clearer.
- For more information on updating DIS, see the revised DIS FAQ.

Contribution Insights

The new breakdown narrative shows the top items that contribute to the selected number.

You can now browse among narratives: Contribution Insights opens with a trend narrative and from there you can click  or  to see the breakdown narrative.

Drill Across

In URL-enabled columns, clicking  copies the cell's UNC path for pasting:

When choosing display columns the FLOAT numeric data type is now also supported for MySQL.

In the Notifications Hub, you can now turn on/off the notification sound:

Known issues

Area	Description	Workaround
Data Integration Service	DIS is upgraded several days before a Prophix update. During that time any SFTP to Local File processes may not work.	Once Prophix is updated and again matches DIS, these SFTP processes will resume working.
Data Integration Service	When using Local File as the Source, the Delete source file(s) after transfer option should delete files only if the process runs successfully. Currently this option deletes the files regardless of success or failure.	An upcoming release will address this issue.
Data Integration Service	When using SFTP as the Destination, it can create a directory for the files transferred. This works well on the AWS Transfer Family, but on some SFTP servers a new directory may not be created.	An upcoming release will address this issue.
Data Integration Service	When using ODBC as the Destination, field names that contain keywords or reserved words from the Source will not map and the process will fail.	An upcoming release will address this issue.
Data Integration Service	When using ODBC as the Destination and with text or Excel as the Source, if the Connection has Column name in first row turned off, then mapping will fail and the process will fail.	An upcoming release will address this issue.
