Export Data process
Use the Export Data process to extract data from a model and save it as an external text file, or SQL Server or MySQL database table.
The various options control how data appears in the external file; you can choose to turn the header display on or off, display members with names or keys, reverse signs for debits or credits, and select which dimensions and members appear in rows and in columns.

Tip: The default file type is .txt; to specify a comma file instead, type a .csv file extension.
Best Practice: If your data includes dimension member names that contain commas (,) your target file should be .txt instead of .csv (the latter uses commas as its data delimiter and this will cause data errors). With a .txt file, the Delimiter option appears and you can choose a delimiter other than commas.
